Ingredients:

• 6- Bread slices
• 1 – capsicum, chopped
• 1 – Tomato, chopped
• 1 – Onion, chopped
• 2 tbsp – Suji
• 1/2 cup -Malai
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. In a bowl, add malai, capsicum, tomato, onion, salt and one tbsp suji. Mix well.
  2. Apply the mixture on bread slice and sprinkle the suji on it.
  3. Now shallow fry each side on a tawa till it becomes brown.
  4. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
