
Ingredients:
• 250 gm – half-cooked goldana Rice
• 2 – beaten eggs
• 100 gm – grated cheese
• 50 ml – Milk
• 1/2 cup – shredded Carrot
• 1/2 cup – chopped Mushroom
• 1/2 cup – Green peas
• pepper to taste
• salt to taste
Method:
- Combine all ingredients and put in a greased dish. If desired, sprinkle some more cheese and bake at 180 C for about 45 minutes. Serve with a fresh green salad.
