Ingredients:
• Chicken Drumsticks – 6
• 2 tsp – Black bean sauce
• 1 tsp – Cooking wine
• 1 inch – Ginger
• 3-4 Cloves – Garlic finely chopped
• 2 tsp – Coriander leaves finely chopped
• 1 tsp – soya sauce
• A pinch of Red Chilli powder
Method:
- Make 3 to 4 cuts on each drumstick with a sharp edged knife.
- To prepare the sauce mix all the ingredients except drumsticks.
- Pour the sauce over the slit drumsticks.
- Line them on a baking dish
- Bake them for 12 mins, turn over and bake for another 10 mins.
- Take out of oven and broil for 3 to 5 mins.
- The chicken drumsticks are ready to eat.
