Ingredients:

• 12 pieces – Chicken lollipop
• 1 tsp – Butter
• Silver foil for decoration
• For the marinade:
• 2 tsp – hung Curd (thick Curd, without excess water) or 2 tsp – fresh Cream
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 3/4 tsp – salt

Method:

  1. Preheat oven at 200 degrees.
  2. Mix the chicken lollipops with all the other ingredients.
  3. Put the lollipops in a baking tray and bake for 30 – 35 minutes or until it is golden brown in colour. Keep it aside and let it cool for 15 minutes.
  4. Then remove it from the baking dish. Decorate it with silver foil.
  5. Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
