Ingredients:
• For Meatballs:
• 1/2 kg – ground Meat
• 1 cup – bread crumbs
• 2 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 – onion, grated
• 1/8 tsp – Garlic paste
• Salt to taste
• 2 – eggs, beaten
• For Sauce:
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1 cup – Tomato ketchup
• 1 tbsp – soy sauce
• 3 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1/2 cup – Tomato sauce
• 4 tbsp – Brown sugar
• 1 tsp – Onion powder
Method:
- Mix together all the ingredients for meatballs.
- Shape into 1-inch balls.
- Put the meatballs in a baking dish and bake in preheated oven at 325 degree F for 20 mins
- Mix all the ingredients of sauce
- Remove meat balls after 20 mins
- Pour sauce over the meat balls
- Cover with foil
- Put back in oven
- Let it bake for another 1 hour at 325 degree F
- Serve hot or cold.
