Ingredients:

• For Meatballs:
• 1/2 kg – ground Meat
• 1 cup – bread crumbs
• 2 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 – onion, grated
• 1/8 tsp – Garlic paste
• Salt to taste
• 2 – eggs, beaten
• For Sauce:
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1 cup – Tomato ketchup
• 1 tbsp – soy sauce
• 3 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1/2 cup – Tomato sauce
• 4 tbsp – Brown sugar
• 1 tsp – Onion powder

Method:

  1. Mix together all the ingredients for meatballs.
  2. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  3. Put the meatballs in a baking dish and bake in preheated oven at 325 degree F for 20 mins
  4. Mix all the ingredients of sauce
  5. Remove meat balls after 20 mins
  6. Pour sauce over the meat balls
  7. Cover with foil
  8. Put back in oven
  9. Let it bake for another 1 hour at 325 degree F
  10. Serve hot or cold.
