
Ingredients:
• Potatoes -225 g
• Beans -115 g
• broad beans -225 g
• Tomatoes -225 g
• Carrot -115 g
• Onion -115 g
• Fat -50 g
• Coriander leaves -1/4 bunch
• Pomegranate seeds – 5 g
• Chilli powder-10 g
• Coriander powder- 5 g
• Turmeric -A pinch
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Prepare vegatables- Blanch tomatoes, Slice onions.
- Fry sliced onions. Add spices and fry well. Add vegetables except tomatoes.
- Add salt and water and cook. When vegatables are half done, add tomatoes and pomegranate seeds.
- Cook till vegetables are tender and gravy is thick.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
