Ingredients:

• Button Mushrooms – 1 lb
• Red pepper – 1 medium
• Onion – 1 medium, chopped
• Garlic – 2 Cloves
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Curry powder – 1 tsp
• Fresh Mint – 1 tbsp chopped
• Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp chopped
• Natural Yoghurt – 1 small carton
• Oil – 1 tbsp
• Ground Almond – 1 tbsp
• Salt -1 tsp

Method:

  1. Cut the mushroom in half and red pepper in to small pieces. Keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and garlic.
  3. Fry till brown, add 1 tsp chilli powder and curry powder.
  4. Fry for a while and add the chopped mushrooms and red pepper. Cook till they are done.
  5. Now add almond powder, chopped mint, chopped coriander, yoghurt or cream and salt.
  6. Simmer for 2 mins, garnish with fresh coriander and mint. Serve.
