Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Maida
• 1/2 cup – Ghee
• 1/2 cup – yogurt
• 1/2 tsp – soda
• 2 tsp – Sugar
• Oil
• For syrup:
• 4 cups – Sugar
• Enough water to cover it
Method:
- Add maida, ghee, yogurt, soda and sugar. Make it into a dough.
- Make small balls, press them in the middle with your thumb.
- Deep fry on a low flame until they are golden brown.
- Make sugar syrup.
- Dip the fried balls. And take out after 3 to 4 mins.
