
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Cream cheese
• 1.5 cups fresh Cream
• 1 cup powdered Sugar
• 1 cup – mashed Banana
• 1 cup seedless black Grapes
• 0.5 cup Curd
• 0.5 cup Sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 3 tbsp Lime juice
• 1.5 tsp vanilla
• 0.5 tsp salt
Method:
- Mix banana and lime juice together.
- Beat cream cheese with sugar till very smooth. Beat the eggs, one at a time.
- Mix the salt, vanilla and banana.
- Combine curd and cream and add to the banana mixture.
- Grease an eight inch loose bottom pan and line it with greased butter paper.
- Pour the mixture in it. Wrap the pan in aluminium foil.
- Place the pan in a hot water bath and bake at 170 degrees till set (about 45 minutes.)
- Crush the grapes lightly. Add sugar and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
- Cool the baked cheese cake in pan on a wire rack and chill in refrigerator overnight.
- Remove from the mould and serve topped with stewed black grapes.
