Ingredients:
• 4 – ripe Bananas
• 1/4 litre – Curd
• Sugar
• Cooking soda
• Salt
• 2 to 3 cups – Maida
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Take 1/4 litre curd, add sugar and salt mix it nicely.
- Add ripe bananas and soda, mix it nicely, add maida and mix it. Keep it for overnight.
- Make small pooris from the batter and deep Fry.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.
