Ingredients:

• 2- ripe firm Bananas
• 2 -ripe firm Tomatoes
• 1 tbsp – fresh coriander, finely chopped
• 3-4 fresh Mint leaves, finely chopped
• 2 tsp -lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tsp – sugar, powdered
• Salt to taste
• 3-4 pinch black salt (optional)

Method:

  1. Save aside half coriander for garnish.
  2. Chop bananas, sprinkle lemon juice, toss lightly.
  3. Chop tomatoes, add all other ingredients.
  4. Add bananas.
  5. Toss gently with a flat spoon.
  6. Chill if desired.
  7. Garnish with remaining coriander.
  8. Serve as it is or with chappati or toast.
