
Ingredients:
• 6 -bananas (should be firm but ripe)
• 2 cups – yogurt (beaten)
• 6 tbsp – Honey
• 2 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 8 to 10 – ice cubes (crushed)
• 8 to 10 -fresh Mint leaves
Method:
- Cut the banana into roundels.
- Sprinkle the sugar and mix gently.
- In a blender add all the ingredients except mint leaves and blend till smooth.
- Serve in tall glasses and decorate with mint leaves.
