
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – rava
• 2 – Banana
• 1/2 cup – Coconut Milk
• Jaggery as per taste
• Cardamom powder
• Ghee for frying
• Optional: dry fruits (raisins and cashews)
Method:
- Heat some ghee in a pan and fry the rava on low flame until it turns slightly brown.
- Turn off the flame and keep the pan aside.
- Mix jaggery into the coconut milk and keep aside.
- Peel the bananas, cut them into small pieces and grind in a mixer.
- Put the pan with rava back on the flame and add the coconut milk-jaggery mixture.
- Add cardamom powder and the dry fruits. Mix well.
- Turn off the flame and transfer the rava mixture into a pot.
- Add the banana paste and keep the mixture aside for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, place the pot into a pressure cooker and cook without pressure for half an hour.
- Serve hot or cold.
