Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Beef, mince
• 1 – Medium Egg (beaten)
• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves (kothmeer), Minced
• 1/2 bunch – Mint leaves (pudina), minced
• 10 Cloves – Garlic, minced
• 2 – Medium green chillies, minced
• 1/2 inch – Ginger, minced
• 2 – Medium onions, minced
• 2 tbsp – Lime juice
• 1 cup – Bread crumbs
• Pepper powder
• Salt
• 1/2 cup – Cooking oil

Method:

  1. Wash and drain the ground beef mince.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients in it the beef mince and make into cutlet shapes.
  3. Add salt and pepper powder to taste.
  4. Dip in the beaten egg and then roll in bread crumbs.
  5. Fry on both sides, till done.
