Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Beef (cooked with salt and Turmeric powder, and cut it into thin strips)
• 2 tbsp – Maida
• 2 tbsp – cornflour
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• Red colour, a pinch
• 2 – Onions (sliced)
• 1 – Capsicum (sliced)
• 2 – Green chillies (chopped)
• 1 tbsp – Garlic (chopped)
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 2 tsp – soya sauce
• 1 tsp – Tomato sauce
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Add maida, cornflour, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, red food colour in a bowl to make a smooth paste adding a little water if needed.
  2. Mix it with the cooked beef and deep fry.
  3. In a pan, heat oil and add chopped garlic, green chilli, onion, capsicum, and saute well.
  4. Then add the fried beef and add soya sauce, tomato sauce, pepper powder and salt and remove from heat.
