Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Beef
• 1 inch piece – Ginger
• 4 pods – Garlic
• 1 – medium Onion
• Mustard Seed
• Curry leaves
• For Masala:
• 3 tsp – chilli powder
• 2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
Method:
- Marinate beef (cut into small cubes) along with ginger, garlic, curry leaves and half of masala powders for 1 hour. Boil beef cubes till tender in a pressure cooker. Allow the cooker to cool gradually.
- Heat oil in a kadai, put mustard seed, add onion and curry leaves after the seeds start spluttering. Add the remaining masalas and fry.
- Then add boiled beef and roast till dry.
- Tastes good with rice.
