
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – beet root
• 4 – Tomatoes
• 1 tsp – black pepper
• 1 tsp – cumin
• 6 pods – Garlic
• 1/2 cup – coriander
• Curry leaves
Method:
- Microwave pepper and cumin for 1 min, then add beetroot, tomato, coriander and curry leaves.
- Add some water, cook for 3 mins and allow it to cool. Grind in mixer.
- Add 2 cups of water and salt.
- Microwave on medium for 3 mins.
- Add 1 tsp of ghee
