
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – grated Beetroot
• 1/2 cup – moong dal
• 1/4 cup – fresh grated Coconut
• 2 – green chillies, chopped
• Lemon juice – as desired
• Salt to taste
• Coriander leaves – a few springs, chopped
• Grated Carrot – 1
• Grated radish – soaked in Vinegar for a while
• Grated Cucumber
• 1 – onion, chopped
Method:
- Wash moong dal and soak for at least 1 hour.
- Drain
- Grate coconut, beetroot, carrot, radish, cucumber and green chillies.
- Chop onions finely
- Chop coriander leaves
- Mix all the ingredients together with salt and lemon juice and serve.
