Ingredients:

• 1 cup – grated Beetroot
• 1/2 cup – moong dal
• 1/4 cup – fresh grated Coconut
• 2 – green chillies, chopped
• Lemon juice – as desired
• Salt to taste
• Coriander leaves – a few springs, chopped
• Grated Carrot – 1
• Grated radish – soaked in Vinegar for a while
• Grated Cucumber
• 1 – onion, chopped

Method:

  1. Wash moong dal and soak for at least 1 hour.
  2. Drain
  3. Grate coconut, beetroot, carrot, radish, cucumber and green chillies.
  4. Chop onions finely
  5. Chop coriander leaves
  6. Mix all the ingredients together with salt and lemon juice and serve.
