
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Beetroot chopped
• 1 cup – paneer, crumbled
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 5 ml – whole Milk
• 1 tsp – rose water
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• 2/3 cups +1 tbsp – flour
Method:
- Grind beetroot to a smooth paste with 45 ml milk
- Add crumbled paneer and grind smoothly
- Heat a non-stick pan with ghee and pour this ground mix and cook on medium heat for 5 to 7 mins
- Add the sugar and flour, mix well to remove lumps and continue to cook for 12 to 15 mins
- Grease a tray and set aside
- Cool the mixture, then grease palm and knead it for 2 mins and place it on the greased tray, pat it down and cut to desired shapes.
- Set for few hours and place in an airtight jar.
