Ingredients:
• Beetroot – 1
• Channa Dal – half cup
• Fennel seeds – half spoon
• Red Chillies – 4
• Onion – 1 (medium sized)
• Curry leaves
• Oil for frying
• Salt according to taste
Method:
- Soak chana Dal in water for half an hour. Grate the beet root.
- Chop the onion finely.
- Grind chana dal, fennel seeds and red chillies to coarse paste.
- Mix onion, salt and Curry leaves to it.
- Make small balls and flatten it with your hand.
- Deep fry in oil.
