
Ingredients:
• 1/4 kg boneless Chicken.
• A pinch of turmeric.
• 1 tbsp thick yogurt.
• 1 tsp Ginger paste.
• 1 tsp Garlic paste.
• 1/2 tsp chilli powder.
• 1 tsp pepper powder.
• oil.
• 15-20 curry leaves.
• Salt.
Method:
- Apply ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, salt and yogurt to chicken and keep aside for about 2-3 hours.
- Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is steaming hot, add the marinated chicken.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes on both sides (do not add any extra water).
- When the chicken is almost half done, add 1/2 tsp pepper powder and curry leaves (cut into two), cover and cook till chicken is completely done.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.
