Ingredients:
• Bell peppers – 3
• Onion – 1
• Urad Dal – 1 tsp
• Mustard Seed – 1 tsp
• Garlic flakes – 3
• Chilli powder – 2 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• Dry Coconut powder – 3 tsp
• Roasted Channa dal powder – 4 tbsp
• Oil – 5 tsp
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds and add urad dal.
- Now add onions and garlic flakes and fry till golden brown.
- Add chopped bell pepper, salt, chilli powder, turmeric and mix.
- Cover the pan with a lid and after 7 – 8 mins add in the coconut powder and puffed channa dal powder and fry on medium heat until golden brown.
- Garnish with coriander and serve.
