Ingredients:

• Bell peppers – 3
• Onion – 1
• Urad Dal – 1 tsp
• Mustard Seed – 1 tsp
• Garlic flakes – 3
• Chilli powder – 2 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• Dry Coconut powder – 3 tsp
• Roasted Channa dal powder – 4 tbsp
• Oil – 5 tsp
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds and add urad dal.
  2. Now add onions and garlic flakes and fry till golden brown.
  3. Add chopped bell pepper, salt, chilli powder, turmeric and mix.
  4. Cover the pan with a lid and after 7 – 8 mins add in the coconut powder and puffed channa dal powder and fry on medium heat until golden brown.
  5. Garnish with coriander and serve.
