Ingredients:

• 100 gs-besan
• 200 g-sugar
• 1 cup-milk
• 1 cup- Ghee
• 1 cup -desiccated Coconut powder
• 1 tsp- Cardamom powder

Method:

  1. Place a thick-bottomed pan on flame. Add besan and dry roast.
  2. When besan turns light brown add sugar, ghee, coconut powder, milk, cardamom powder and mix well till it becomes a semi liquid.
  3. Keep on stirring continuously for about 20 minutes.
  4. Stop when the dish becomes solid and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
  5. Remove from heat and pour the content on a greased plate and cut into diamond shapes.
  6. Cool and serve.
