
Ingredients:
• 100 gs-besan
• 200 g-sugar
• 1 cup-milk
• 1 cup- Ghee
• 1 cup -desiccated Coconut powder
• 1 tsp- Cardamom powder
Method:
- Place a thick-bottomed pan on flame. Add besan and dry roast.
- When besan turns light brown add sugar, ghee, coconut powder, milk, cardamom powder and mix well till it becomes a semi liquid.
- Keep on stirring continuously for about 20 minutes.
- Stop when the dish becomes solid and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
- Remove from heat and pour the content on a greased plate and cut into diamond shapes.
- Cool and serve.
