Ingredients:

• 500 gm – besan
• 500 gm – Sugar
• 250 gm – thickened Coconut Milk
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• Ghee for frying
• Cardamom for flavoring
• few Cashewnuts

Method:

  1. Mix besan with 4 tbsp of ghee and keep aside.
  2. After 10 mins, rub the ghee into the besan till it resembles bread crumbs.
  3. Fry this in a little butter till light golden.
  4. Mix sugar with a little water, boil till it becomes light brown.
  5. Pour this on the besan-ghee mixture. Mix well.
  6. Transfer it into a greased plate.
  7. Cool and cut into pieces.
