• 1 tsp – roasted Peanut powder ( optional )
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 cups – Water
• Butter to cook
Method:
- Mix all the flour and spices in a bowl.
- Add chopped vegetables and fold them well.
- Gradually start adding water.
- The batter should be of dosa like consistency, not too thick but a little runny.
- Heat butter in a pan.
- Butter brings out that taste and aroma when cooks gram flour.
- Pour the batter and cook on a low-medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
- When the side gets a bit dry and bubbly, flip and cook the other side.
- You may cover it in between to avoid it from getting burnt.
- This will also result in softer pancakes.
- Take out in a plate. Have it with chutneys of your choice.
