Ingredients:
• 4 cups – besan
• 12-15 Cashewnuts
• 12-15 Almonds
• 1 cup – Ghee
• 1 small tsp – white Cardamom powder
• 2 cups – powdered Sugar
Method:
- Sieve the besan in a fine sieve and keep it aside.
- Cut small pieces of the cashew nuts and almonds.
- Melt the ghee in a pan.
- Add the besan and keep stirring till a nice aroma comes out. Mix in elaichi powder. Add the cashew nuts and almonds.
- Mix well and remove from heat. Let it cool for some time. At the end, add the powdered sugar and mix very well.
- To mix this mixture, you can use the help of your hands.
- Make small round balls in the shape of a walnut and keep it in air-tight containers.
