
Ingredients:
• 3 – green peppers
• 1 cup – besan
• Some Cilantro
• Salt
• 4 tsp – oil
Method:
- Slit the peppers, remove the seeds. Keep it aside.
- Take besan and add salt, chopped cilantro and 2 tsps of oil.
- Stuff the mirchi with the masala.
- Put the stuffed mirchies in a frying pan and add just a little oil.
- Cover it and cook it on sim till it is done.
