Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Bhindi
• 2 tbsp – Mustard Seeds
• 2 tbsp – posto seeds
• 1 tsp – Haldi
• A few Green chillies
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. First wash the bhindi and cut into small pieces.
  2. Make a paste of the mustard and posto seeds and keep aside for a few minutes.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan. Add the green chillies and the bhindi and let it cook for a few minutes.
  4. Then add the haldi and salt.
  5. Add the paste and a bit of water and cover the pan for 10 minutes.
  6. Check to see if the bhindi is soft and then remove from the gas.
