Method:
- Wash and cut lady’s fingers into 1 inch pieces.
- Chop onion and tomato.
- Make ginger-garlic paste and cumin seeds powder and keep other ingredients ready.
- Heat oil in a pan/kadai, splutter mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, ginger-garlic paste, besan flour and onion and fry them well.
- Now add tomato and mix well.
- Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds powder, salt and asafoetida.
- Finally add lady’s fingers and mix well.
- Fry for 10 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
