Ingredients:

• Bhindi (as per requirement)
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• A pinch – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp – Jeera powder
• Coriander powder
• Ginger-garlic paste
• Amchur paste
• 2 tsp – Besan (gram flour)

Method:

  1. Wash the bhindi, dry it and cut into two slices.
  2. Then add all the masala powders, ginger-garlic paste including amchur and besan.
  3. Mix well and keep for 5 minutes.
  4. Then deep fry and serve.
