Ingredients:
• Bhindi (as per requirement)
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• A pinch – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp – Jeera powder
• Coriander powder
• Ginger-garlic paste
• Amchur paste
• 2 tsp – Besan (gram flour)
Method:
- Wash the bhindi, dry it and cut into two slices.
- Then add all the masala powders, ginger-garlic paste including amchur and besan.
- Mix well and keep for 5 minutes.
- Then deep fry and serve.
