Ingredients:
• 1.5 cups – Corn kernel, cooked
• 3 green chillies, minced
• 1 cup – coriander leaves, chopped
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 cup – chick pea flour (besan)
• Oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Crush corn.
- Mix with chillies, coriander leaves, ginger and garam masala.
- Add salt and grind to bind.
- Add a little hot oil and blend with besan.
- Form into kebab shapes and deep fry in batches till golden.
- Serve hot with chutney.
