Ingredients:

• 12 pieces – salty biscuits (Monaco or Time Pass)
• 100 gm – fine besan
• 2 pinches – edible soda
• oil for deep fry
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix besan, soda, salt add a little of water to make paste.
  2. Take oil in a pan to deep fry in. Once hot, dip a biscuit in the besan paste and add to the pan.
  3. You can add up depending upon size of pan. Fry till golden brown.
  4. Serve it with tomato sauce along with tea.
