
Ingredients:
• 12 pieces – salty biscuits (Monaco or Time Pass)
• 100 gm – fine besan
• 2 pinches – edible soda
• oil for deep fry
• salt to taste
Method:
- Mix besan, soda, salt add a little of water to make paste.
- Take oil in a pan to deep fry in. Once hot, dip a biscuit in the besan paste and add to the pan.
- You can add up depending upon size of pan. Fry till golden brown.
- Serve it with tomato sauce along with tea.
