Ingredients:
• Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
• Urad Dal – 1 tsp
• Green chillies – 4
• Onions – 2 big
• Besan gram flour – 3 tsp
• Curry leaves – 1/2
• Tomatoes – 2
• Oil – 1 tsp
• salt
Method:
- Chop onions, tomatoes and green chillies.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal and let it splutter. Then add onions, green chillies, curry leaves and tomatoes to it and fry it.
- Mix the besan gram flour with water, adding salt to it. Add this mixture to the pan and allow it to boil till it becomes like a paste.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
