Ingredients:

• Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
• Urad Dal – 1 tsp
• Green chillies – 4
• Onions – 2 big
• Besan gram flour – 3 tsp
• Curry leaves – 1/2
• Tomatoes – 2
• Oil – 1 tsp
• salt

Method:

  1. Chop onions, tomatoes and green chillies.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal and let it splutter. Then add onions, green chillies, curry leaves and tomatoes to it and fry it.
  3. Mix the besan gram flour with water, adding salt to it. Add this mixture to the pan and allow it to boil till it becomes like a paste.
  4. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
