Ingredients:
• Chicken- 1/4 kg (boneless)
• Onion, finely chopped – 1 cup
• Tomato, finely chopped – 3/4 cup
• Ginger-garlic paste – 3 tsp
• Garam Masala powder – 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 2 tsp
• Lemon – 1/2
• Kesari powder – a pinch
• Tomato ketchup – 1 tsp
• Oil- 2 tsp
• Ghee or Butter – 1 tsp
• Coriander leaves- 3 tbsp
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut the chicken into very small pieces
- Mix the chicken, curd, kesari powder and lemon juice in a bowl and marinate for an hour
- Heat oil In a pan and add ginger-garlic paste, onion, tomato and saute for 1 min
- Now add the red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and the marinated chicken and stir well
- Cook until the chicken is tender
- Add coriander leaves, butter and ketchup and cook for 1-2 mins
