Ingredients:

• Chicken- 1/4 kg (boneless)
• Onion, finely chopped – 1 cup
• Tomato, finely chopped – 3/4 cup
• Ginger-garlic paste – 3 tsp
• Garam Masala powder – 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 2 tsp
• Lemon – 1/2
• Kesari powder – a pinch
• Tomato ketchup – 1 tsp
• Oil- 2 tsp
• Ghee or Butter – 1 tsp
• Coriander leaves- 3 tbsp
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut the chicken into very small pieces
  2. Mix the chicken, curd, kesari powder and lemon juice in a bowl and marinate for an hour
  3. Heat oil In a pan and add ginger-garlic paste, onion, tomato and saute for 1 min
  4. Now add the red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and the marinated chicken and stir well
  5. Cook until the chicken is tender
  6. Add coriander leaves, butter and ketchup and cook for 1-2 mins
