
Ingredients:
• 500 g – boneless Chicken cubes
• 1/2 tsp – Garlic chopped
• 750 g – Okra
• 3 – large Onions
• 3 – Tomatoes
• 2 – Green chillies
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – crushed Red Chillies
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 3 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp – chaat masala
• 3 cups – oil to fry okra.
Method:
- Take a non – stick pan, pour in 1/4 cup oil, add garlic and fry for a few mins, add chicken and fry in a medium flame for 2 mins.
- Add green chillies, tomatoes, salt, crushed dry red chillies, turmeric, red chilli powder and fry well with 4 tbsp water.
- Cover, cook on a medium flame for 2 more mins till tomatoes dry and oil separates; take off from flame.
- Deep fry okra on high flame. When it is no longer sticky, take out and drain.
- Now add okra into the chicken with onions and mix.
- Partially cover dish and cook on medium flame for a few mins, add lemon juice, chaat masala, and coriander leaves.
- Mix and keep on very low flame for 4 to 5 mins. Serve.
