Ingredients:

• Moong dal
• Rice
• Urad Dal
• Sugar
• Cardamom
• Oil
• Salt

Method:

  1. Soak moong dal overnight.
  2. Separately soak rice and urad dal in 2:1 ratio.
  3. Grind the moong dal the next day.
  4. Steam cook the moong dal batter in a greased vessel for 10 minutes.
  5. Grind rice and dal like dosa batter with a little salt.
  6. Mix the steamed moong dal with equal amounts of sugar powder and cardamom.
  7. Make round balls and dip in urad dal and rice batter.
  8. Finally, deep fry till golden brown.
