
Ingredients:
• Moong dal
• Rice
• Urad Dal
• Sugar
• Cardamom
• Oil
• Salt
Method:
- Soak moong dal overnight.
- Separately soak rice and urad dal in 2:1 ratio.
- Grind the moong dal the next day.
- Steam cook the moong dal batter in a greased vessel for 10 minutes.
- Grind rice and dal like dosa batter with a little salt.
- Mix the steamed moong dal with equal amounts of sugar powder and cardamom.
- Make round balls and dip in urad dal and rice batter.
- Finally, deep fry till golden brown.
