Ingredients:

• 1 – coconut, grated finely
• 275 g – Rawa (semolina)
• 275 g – sugar, powdered
• 3 -egg
• 30 g – Butter
• 4-5 -almonds blanched and sliced

Method:

  1. Beat the whites of the eggs and 1 yolk.
  2. Then add sugar, coconut, rawa and beat it some more.
  3. Add butter and beat for 5 minutes.
  4. Leave the mixture for 8-10 hours.
  5. Make small flat balls and place an almond piece on each ball.
  6. Place them in a baking tray.
  7. Bake at 350 Celsius for 10 minutes.
  8. Bake for 5 more mins if this is not baked fully.
