Ingredients:
• 1 – coconut, grated finely
• 275 g – Rawa (semolina)
• 275 g – sugar, powdered
• 3 -egg
• 30 g – Butter
• 4-5 -almonds blanched and sliced
Method:
- Beat the whites of the eggs and 1 yolk.
- Then add sugar, coconut, rawa and beat it some more.
- Add butter and beat for 5 minutes.
- Leave the mixture for 8-10 hours.
- Make small flat balls and place an almond piece on each ball.
- Place them in a baking tray.
- Bake at 350 Celsius for 10 minutes.
- Bake for 5 more mins if this is not baked fully.
