Ingredients:
• Brain – 1
• Green chillies – 3 – 4
• Coriander leaves – 1 small bunch
• Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1/2 tbsp
• Garam Masala – 1/2 tbsp
• Oil or Ghee- 4 tbsp
• 1- Small Onion
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Wash the brain well and chop into small pieces.
- Grind the green chilli and coriander leaves into a paste.
- Chop onion into fine pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the onion, saute until pink, then add the ginger-garlic paste.
- Fry for 2 minutes.
- Now add the brain pieces and green chilli/coriander paste.
- Add salt and the garam masala.
- Add 1/2 cup of water and fry for 15 – 20 minutes on medium flame until the water dries up.
- Serve hot with parathas.
