Ingredients:

• Bread slices – 10
• Besan -1 cup
• Coriander leaves – a bunch
• Green chillies – 4
• vegetable oil
• salt
• water

Method:

  1. Cut the coriander leaves and green chillies to fine pieces.
  2. Make a batter of the besan with water and add the cut coriander leaves and green chillies to it.
  3. Add the required amount of salt to it.
  4. Cut each bread slice into 2 triangles.
  5. Heat oil in a kadai.
  6. When the oil is hot enough, dip each bread triangle into the batter and deep fry it.
  7. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
