
Ingredients:
• Bread slices – 10
• Besan -1 cup
• Coriander leaves – a bunch
• Green chillies – 4
• vegetable oil
• salt
• water
Method:
- Cut the coriander leaves and green chillies to fine pieces.
- Make a batter of the besan with water and add the cut coriander leaves and green chillies to it.
- Add the required amount of salt to it.
- Cut each bread slice into 2 triangles.
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- When the oil is hot enough, dip each bread triangle into the batter and deep fry it.
- Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
