Ingredients:

• 24 slices -bread
• 4 tbsp- Tomato sauce
• 3 cups -curd
• salt
• 3 tsp-sugar
• 2-onions big
• 2 -potatoes big
• 2- Tomatoes big
• 1 cup- bhel sev
• 1/2 cup- Tamarind sauce
• 1/2 cup- Coriander leaves
• 1 tsp -chilli powder
• 1 tsp- Jeera powder

Method:

  1. Cut the bread slices in roundels. Make 12 pairs.
  2. Apply tomato sauce on each roundel and sandwich them.
  3. Strain the curd. Add salt and sugar and keep it in the refrigerator.
  4. Chop onions, boiled potatoes, tomatoes and coriander leaves.
  5. In a shallow plate spread 1 of cup curd. Arrange bread pairs on it and add the remaining two cups of curd.
  6. Add chopped onions, tomatoes and potatoes.
  7. Add bhel sev, tamarind sauce and coriander leaves. Sprinkle little chilli powder and jeera powder.
