Ingredients:
• 24 slices -bread
• 4 tbsp- Tomato sauce
• 3 cups -curd
• salt
• 3 tsp-sugar
• 2-onions big
• 2 -potatoes big
• 2- Tomatoes big
• 1 cup- bhel sev
• 1/2 cup- Tamarind sauce
• 1/2 cup- Coriander leaves
• 1 tsp -chilli powder
• 1 tsp- Jeera powder
Method:
- Cut the bread slices in roundels. Make 12 pairs.
- Apply tomato sauce on each roundel and sandwich them.
- Strain the curd. Add salt and sugar and keep it in the refrigerator.
- Chop onions, boiled potatoes, tomatoes and coriander leaves.
- In a shallow plate spread 1 of cup curd. Arrange bread pairs on it and add the remaining two cups of curd.
- Add chopped onions, tomatoes and potatoes.
- Add bhel sev, tamarind sauce and coriander leaves. Sprinkle little chilli powder and jeera powder.
