Ingredients:

• 4 slices – bread
• 2 medium-sized – Potatoes
• 1 cup – bread crumbs
• Green chillies
• Coriander leaves
• salt to taste
• garnishing
• green chutney, sweet chutney, sev, Onion and Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Boil and mash the potatoes.
  2. Mix the bread crumbs, green chillies, coriander leaves and salt.
  3. Make it into a dough and divide it into 4 portions.
  4. Spread each portion on each side of the bread and deep fry it until it is golden brown in colour.
  5. Spread the tamarind chutney and green chutney on each slice.
  6. Cut into cubes.
  7. Serve garnished with onion, coriander and sev.
