Ingredients:

• 6 slices – white sandwich bread
• Yoghurt – 4 cups
• Roasted Jeera – 1 tsp
• Chat masala – 1 tsp
• Coriander leaves – a small bunch
• Green chillies – 1 tsp
• Sugar – 1/2 tbsp
• salt
• oil
• For thadka:
• Whole Jeera – 1/2 tsp
• green Curry leaves
• few pieces – Green chilli
• For garnishing:
• 1/2 tsp – chat masala
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – roasted Jeera
• coriander

Method:

  1. Cut the bread into 3 cm square pieces. Heat the oil and fry the bread pieces in oil till it is brown in colour.
  2. Put the fried pieces on the paper napkin to take out the extra oil.
  3. Put 4 cups of yoghurt in a serving bowl.
  4. Add salt, sugar chat masala, jeera, crushed green chillies and half of the coriander.
  5. Mix all the ingredients well.
  6. Add fried bread to it before you serve.
  7. After you put the bread in yoghurt, heat the oil for thadka. Add jeera and after jeera pops up, add green chillies and curry leaves to it.
  8. Immediately put the thadka on the dahi wada.
