
Ingredients:
• 6 slices – white sandwich bread
• Yoghurt – 4 cups
• Roasted Jeera – 1 tsp
• Chat masala – 1 tsp
• Coriander leaves – a small bunch
• Green chillies – 1 tsp
• Sugar – 1/2 tbsp
• salt
• oil
• For thadka:
• Whole Jeera – 1/2 tsp
• green Curry leaves
• few pieces – Green chilli
• For garnishing:
• 1/2 tsp – chat masala
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – roasted Jeera
• coriander
Method:
- Cut the bread into 3 cm square pieces. Heat the oil and fry the bread pieces in oil till it is brown in colour.
- Put the fried pieces on the paper napkin to take out the extra oil.
- Put 4 cups of yoghurt in a serving bowl.
- Add salt, sugar chat masala, jeera, crushed green chillies and half of the coriander.
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Add fried bread to it before you serve.
- After you put the bread in yoghurt, heat the oil for thadka. Add jeera and after jeera pops up, add green chillies and curry leaves to it.
- Immediately put the thadka on the dahi wada.
