
Ingredients:
• 4 slices – bread
• 2 – eggs
• 1 cup – Milk
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – Ghee
Method:
- Trim the edges of the bread, mash it and keep aside.
- Mix 1 tbsp sugar in a cup of milk. Mix 2 eggs into the milk and keep aside.
- Put 1 tbsp ghee in a frying pan and heat. Add the mashed bread and stir till it browns.
- Slowly add the egg – milk mixture to the pan and stir gently for up to 5 minutes. Serve hot
