Ingredients:

• 5 slices- bread
• 2- Onions
• 2 cups- yogurt
• 1/2 -coconut
• 3 tbsp-coriander leaves, chopped

Method:

  1. Grate coconut. Finely chop onions and coriander. Mix to grated coconut.
  2. Put this mixture aside.
  3. Remove the brown edges of the bread.
  4. Wet the bread with water.
  5. Press the bread so that the extra water in it is drained.
  6. Put the mixture in bread slice.
  7. Roll it into small balls.
  8. Now pour the thick beaten yogurt on to the balls.
  9. Garnish with coriander.
  10. Ready to serve.
