Ingredients:

• 5-6 slices – bread
• 1/2 bunch – Coriander leaves
• 1/2 bunch – Mint
• 3 tbsp – oil
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• Cumin powder
• 1 – Green chilli
• 2 flakes – Garlic
• A small piece Ginger
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grind coriander, mint and tomatoes together.
  2. Grind ginger and garlic together.
  3. Cut bread slices into small squares.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Fry onion till golden brown.
  6. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes away.
  7. Now add the ground green paste and again saute till raw smell goes away.
  8. Add small squares of bread and mix well.
  9. Serve with tomato sauce.
