Ingredients:
• 5-6 slices – bread
• 1/2 bunch – Coriander leaves
• 1/2 bunch – Mint
• 3 tbsp – oil
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• Cumin powder
• 1 – Green chilli
• 2 flakes – Garlic
• A small piece Ginger
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Grind coriander, mint and tomatoes together.
- Grind ginger and garlic together.
- Cut bread slices into small squares.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry onion till golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes away.
- Now add the ground green paste and again saute till raw smell goes away.
- Add small squares of bread and mix well.
- Serve with tomato sauce.
