Ingredients:
• 8 bread slices (soak and squeeze out water)
• 3 tbsp – sour Curd
• 2 tbsp – Rice flour
• 1 Onion (finely chopped)
• 1 Carrot (finely chopped)
• 1 cup – coriander and Mint leaves
• 2 Green chillies (slit finely)
• pinch of cooking soda
• a piece of Ginger
• salt to taste
Method:
- In a bowl mix all the above ingredients to make a firm dough.
- Shape into small cones and deep fry till golden brown.
