
Ingredients:
• 4 slices- bread
• 2 tbsp- whipped Cream
• 200 gm- Milk
• 1 cup- Coconut powder
• any food color
• Sugar
• Kesar
• Raisins or cherry
Method:
- Place 2 bread slices like sandwich and cut into a round shape with a round bowl or cutter.
- Make sugar syrup (chashni). Cool, dip bread in sugar syrup.
- Immediately take it out so that the bread doesn’t get too soggy. Place cream between the bread slices.
- Boil milk, add sugar, kesar and let it thicken. Cool the milk and pour over bread slices placed one above the other.
- Colour the coconut powder and sprinkle over bread. Garnish with raisins and serve.
