Ingredients:

• 4 slices- bread
• 2 tbsp- whipped Cream
• 200 gm- Milk
• 1 cup- Coconut powder
• any food color
• Sugar
• Kesar
• Raisins or cherry

Method:

  1. Place 2 bread slices like sandwich and cut into a round shape with a round bowl or cutter.
  2. Make sugar syrup (chashni). Cool, dip bread in sugar syrup.
  3. Immediately take it out so that the bread doesn’t get too soggy. Place cream between the bread slices.
  4. Boil milk, add sugar, kesar and let it thicken. Cool the milk and pour over bread slices placed one above the other.
  5. Colour the coconut powder and sprinkle over bread. Garnish with raisins and serve.
