Ingredients:

• 7 t 8 slices- whole bread
• potato- 3 to 4
• Tomato puree- 1 cup
• Onions 3 to 4
• Ginger Garlic paste
• soya flakes- 1 to 2
• sprouted moong- 1/4 cup
• Carrot grated-1/2 cup
• beans finely chopped-1/4 cup
• beetroot, grated- 1/4 cup
• oil for deep frying
• coriander- 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Boil the potatoes. Cut finely onions.
  2. Take oil in a pan and saute ginger garlic paste,finely cut onions and tomato puree one after the other.
  3. Soak soya flakes in water. Mix it with boiled potatoes and also mix the sprouted moong, grated carrot , beetroot and beans.
  4. Add finely chopped green chillies,salt and mirchi powder and coriander and mix it as a dough and keep aside.
  5. Take the bread and dip it in water for a second. Mix it with the dough. Roll into balls and deep fry in oil.
  6. The oil should be very hot otherwise the balls will split.
  7. Serve hot with mint chutney or sauce.
