Ingredients:

• 1 – loaf of bread
• 2 – boiled potatoes, medium size
• 3 – Green chillies
• Coriander leaves – a little
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• Lime juice of 1 Lime or 1/2 tsp – Aamchur powder
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• 2 – eggs
• 1 bowl – water

Method:

  1. Mash the boiled potatoes and mix all the ingredients except bread and egg.
  2. Now the beat the eggs in a bowl.
  3. Take one bread slice at a time, dip it in water and put the potato mixture in it and roll it well.
  4. Now dip this into the beaten eggs and deep fry.
  5. Those who are calorie careful can shallow fry the roll.
  6. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
