Ingredients:
• 1 – loaf of bread
• 2 – boiled potatoes, medium size
• 3 – Green chillies
• Coriander leaves – a little
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• Lime juice of 1 Lime or 1/2 tsp – Aamchur powder
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• 2 – eggs
• 1 bowl – water
Method:
- Mash the boiled potatoes and mix all the ingredients except bread and egg.
- Now the beat the eggs in a bowl.
- Take one bread slice at a time, dip it in water and put the potato mixture in it and roll it well.
- Now dip this into the beaten eggs and deep fry.
- Those who are calorie careful can shallow fry the roll.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
