Ingredients:
• Flour – 2.5 cups
• Butter – 2 tbsp
• Sugar – 1 tsp
• Salt – 1 tsp
• Instant Dry yeast – 3 tsp
• Seasoning powder – 2 tsp
• Warm Milk – 1/2cup
• To serve:
• Butter
Method:
- Prepare a soft dough with all the ingredients. Knead till smooth.
- Keep covered in a draft free area till dough is double in volume. Knead again.
- Take small portions and roll them to form tubes.
- Arrange on a greased baking tray.
- Preheat oven to 150 degrees C.
- Bake the bread sticks for about 20 mins till crisp and golden.
